PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal sheet which is excellent in a heat radiation, conductivity and flaw resistance, and a molded product made from the metal sheet. SOLUTION: The metal sheet 1 is provided with an aluminum raw sheet 2 of 1mm thickness. A phosphoric acid chromate film 3 is formed on the both sides of the aluminum raw sheet 2. A resin film 4 is formed on the phosphoric acid chromate film 3. The resin film 4 contains a thermosetting resin 5, a nickel particulate 6 and a colorant. The thermosetting resin 5 contains a primary agent which is a resin and a curing agent making the primary agent to be cured by cross linkage. The average molecular weight of the primary agent before its cross-linking curing is to be 5000 or less. The average particle diameter of the nickel particulate 6 is to be 0.5 to 20μm and its content against the resin film 4 is to be 10 to 50 mass%. The center line average roughness (Ra) on the surface of the resin film 4 is to be 0.1 to 5μm. The integrating emission rate of an infrared radiation whose wavelength at the temperature of 298K is 3 to 30μm is to be 0.65 or higher. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
