PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new composition and provide a method for using and applying the composition for prognosticating, diagnosing, prognostically determining, preventing and treating a malignant tumor, especially a breast tumor. SOLUTION: A gene differently expressing in breast tissues of breast tumor patients and normal human beings is provided. The method for prognosticating, diagnosing or judging the malignant tumor is carried out by detecting at least two markers. The markers are genes, their fragments or genom nucleic acid sequences locating on one modified chromosome in the malignant tumor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
