PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane damper having low hardness, low resilience and, simultaneously, no change in plasticity and impact absorption with time, and a polyurethane damper composition which cures to give such a damper. SOLUTION: The polyurethane damper composition comprises a polymer polyol having at least two hydroxy groups in the molecule; a functional linear polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 300-10,000 and one functional group having reactivity with an isocyanate group in the molecule or a plurality of the functional groups at one end part alone; and an isocyanate compound having at least two isocyanate groups in the molecule.
