PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting PCR (polymerase chain reaction) amplified product by measuring electrical signals. SOLUTION: The method for detecting PCR amplified product comprises (a) a step for providing at least one pair of electrodes in a PCR reactor, (b) a step for performing PCR, (c) a step for generating electric field between the electrodes and (d) a step for measuring change of dielectric characteristics.
