PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic characterized by that its coated membrane does not become white after bathing, having water-slipping property, excellent in waterproof property, durability and touch feeling, and further exhibiting beautiful skin appearance. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is characterized by containing≥90 mass % finely crushed and water repellant-treated superfine particle pigment having 1-100 nm mean primary particle diameter based on the total pigment and 5-35 mass % based on the total amount of the cosmetic, and≥20 mass % volatile solvent having≤200°C boiling point at 1 atm based on the total volatile solvent and 40-95 mass % as the total volatile solvent and forming a coating film having spontaneous wavy uneven structure projecting in upper direction even without applying a water bath and 0.2-2μm range period of wavy unevenness.
