PURPOSE: An air spring for a carrier of a truck is provided to support cargo stably by preventing impact in loading, to prevent wear of the tire by reducing irregular vibration to the wheel, to increase the loading capacity by adjusting the length easily, and to extend the life span by delaying crack. CONSTITUTION: An air spring of a truck supports a frame of a carrier, and comprises a flexible body(110) formed of a longitudinally cylinder to contain air inside; a plate(120) having a stud bolt(122) and an air injection bolt(121), and fixing the upper part of the body; and a piston(130) fixing the lower part of the body. The upper part of the piston is recessed, and the lower part of the piston is widened. The edge of the round plate is vertically formed downward and curled inward. The length is adjusted by increasing the size with storing air in the body through the air injection bolt, and the life span is extended by delaying crack.
