The present invention provides a concrete paver for vehicle or pedestrian traffic having a plate section with top and bottom surfaces and opposing sides, said top surface dressed with a pattern, said bottom surface having means located adjacent the sides of said concrete paver, to permit a plurality of pavers to be linked together to prevent differential settlement. The pavers are preferably produced in a manufacturing plant with batching of concrete to prevent weather from decreasing the quality of the product.
