PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication window, present together with a work space, for enabling switching to a window of an opposite user by allowing an opposite-side's assertion to be noticed by making display on which operation of the opposite side is reflected in the window of the opposite user while allowing a user to freely operate the communication window.

SOLUTION: When opposite-user's display windows 202 to 204 are operated, a user terminal reflects information on the operation on the display of an operating application window 201 and transmits the operation information to the opposite terminal. The opposite terminal receives and reflects the operation information on the display of the opposite-user's display window corresponding to the user terminal.
