<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw type filtering dehydrator having an effective filtered water treatment function for eradicating defects of a preceding technique to properly separate filtered water flowing out of a filtered water outflow groove. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical filter member 1 is horizontally provided above a storage tank 16 and the start end opening part thereof is set as a sewage raw water send-in port 8 while the terminal opening port thereof is set as a dehydrated cake send-out port 9 and a screw conveyor 11 is fitted and mounted in the center hole 10 of the cylindrical filter member 1. A drain passage 14 is opened in the rear part of the storage tank 16 and a receiving trough 15, which reaches the drain passage 14 provided to the storage tank 16 from the front end in the storage tank 16, is provided just under the filter member 1.
