PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user who instructed a print job to recognize the completion of the printing-out without damaging the workability and the environment in a network printer shared by a plurality of computers or users.

SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus is connected to one or more processors or data input devices through a communication medium and can form an image according to a print command from the one or more processor or data input devices. The image forming apparatus has a display means capable of light emission corresponding to each of light the print commands.
