<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus for an electric power saving device for an electric machine and appliance capable of reducing maximum power, by operating a plurality of electric machines and appliances intermittently with time difference from each other. <P>SOLUTION: The control apparatus 1 for electric power saving device is for reducing maximum power by using a computer, and comprises a detected value input unit 2 for entering an ambience numerical value, an operation command input unit 3 for entering an intermittent operation command based on the detected value, an operation program storing unit 4 for storing an intermittent operation program, a program processing unit 5 for processing the program, a display unit 6 for displaying the ambience numerical value, and an operation command output unit 7 for outputting the operation command. In the control apparatus 1 for the electric power saving device, the simultaneous operation of electric mechanical fittings can be avoided, the maximum power can be reduced, the energy charge can be reduced as much as possible, and resource saving for fuel can be performed.
