<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band management system capable of maintaining high quality of communication. <P>SOLUTION: The band management system is provided with a reception processing means for processing a received message by sharing the same band resources among a plurality of communication terminals, communicating, and performing reception processing including sorting of the received messages, and a management means for a party where reception is sorted out for managing every communication terminal by correlating other tolerated communication terminals as sorted-out parties of the received message which specify its own communication terminal.
