PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method that relieves a data transmission processing load on a communication apparatus and reduces the communication traffic and to provide a communication apparatus. SOLUTION: The communication method is characterized in that the communication apparatus is provided with: an external communication processing section for transmitting / receiving data to / from an external apparatus; a plurality of data processing sections for processing the data; an internal communication processing section for transmitting / receiving the data to / from the data processing sections; and a communication control section for controlling the internal communication processing section and the external communication processing section, wherein the communication control section sequentially transfers the data received by the external communication processing section to a plurality of the data processing sections via the internal communication processing section.
