PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for delivering data to an end user desiring to make access to electronic personal information (PI) that can be used on the Internet. SOLUTION: A system for delivering personal information includes a user store including end user data, a provider store including information provider data, a personal information store including personal information and a processor communicating with these data stores. The processor selects an end user who collects personal information and is connected with one or more information providers. And then the processor extracts personal information regarding the selected end user from the connected information providers. The extraction is based on the end user data regarding the selected end user and the provider data regarding the connected information providers.
