<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat harness in which waste of materials can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: This flat harness 1 is constituted of a flat cable 2, connectors 3a to 3d, and a relay connector 6. A connecting terminal 20 built in the connector 3c is connected to conductors 4a, 4b of the flat cable 2 via its crimp part 20a. A mold part 9 to seal these connected parts is formed in such a state that only the connected part of the conductors 4a, 4b and the connecting terminal 20 is contained by a mounting part of the connector 3c of the flat harness 1, and is not formed at the parts of the other conductors 4c to 4d which are not connected to the connecting terminal 20. Because of this, compared with the case in which the mold part 9 in a state containing the whole of each conductors 4a to 4e is formed, consumption amount of the mold resin is suppressed and the waste of the materials is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
