PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the scattering of a welding spark by a compact device, and to facilitate a re-banking to an upper floor by a lightening and a miniaturization regarding a welding-spark curing sheet device. SOLUTION: The curing sheet device 1 is constituted so as to be installed to a column stage for a steel-framed column during a construction and prevent the scattering of a welding spark. The curing sheet device is composed of front frame bodies built extensively over a plurality of floors in the vertical direction, side-face frame bodies rotatably supported on the side face sides through hinges to the front frame bodies and superposed to the front frame bodies and developed on the side face sides, re-banking guide members as guide members built and installed to a plurality of floors of the column stages on the upper floors of the front frame bodies, winding devices being mounted on the column stages and lifting the front frame bodies by engaging driving means with vertical frames in the front frame bodies and flame-prevention sheets stretched on each external-surface side of the front frame bodies and the side-face frame bodies. In the re-banking guide members, the lower sections of the guide members are engaged slidably with the front frame bodies, and the re-banking guide members guide a lifting and a lowering to the upper floors of the front frame bodies.
