The invention broadly relates to an apparatus, method and a process for preparing a three dimensional foodstuff, more preferably a biscuit spoon, wherein a suitable dough composition is prepared and inserted into a mould for forming the desired shape, the mould having a first body portion with a first cavity for moulding one portion of the biscuit spoon, and a second body portion with a second cavity shaped to mould the other portion of the spoon. Once moulded, the dough can be partially baked to form a set biscuit spoon that can be removed and fully baked on a suitable tray, or removed and baked on suitable trays. The invention further includes a process for the baking of a three dimensional foodstuff requiring precise baking conditions and a suitable dough composition to maintain the desired shape of foodstuff. |
