<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor generator capable of easily generating an electric power by rotating a generator with a motor, and moreover of saving electricity bill. <P>SOLUTION: A three-phase AC motor is used as an motor for rotating a generator, and a single-phase AC generator is used as the generator. An inverter controls the rotation of the three-phase AC motor according to power demand.
