DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING BIOLOGICAL INFORMATION, DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT METHOD USING BIOLOGICAL INFORMATION, AND PROGRAM FOR RUNNING THIS METHOD ON COMPUTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management method using biological information for preventing unauthorized access to document data.

SOLUTION: The method includes a first process for registering an authorized user's biological information into a network server; a second process for acquiring biological information from the user accessing the database of the network server; a third process for collating the biological information registered in the first process with the biological information acquired in the second process to determine if there is coincidence; and a fourth process for inhibiting all users from accessing document data stored in the database if the biological information registered in the first process does not coincide with the biological information acquired in the second process, and at the same time reporting to a predetermined person's network terminal that illicit access to the database is detected, using a predetermined method.
