<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact plug provided with sealing property and absorption property of vibration and having excellent durability to absorb vibration and shock transmitted from the plug in order to increase durability of a socket and prolong service life of use. <P>SOLUTION: A plug main body 11 of the vibration proofing pipe joint is used by connecting it with the socket of the pipe joint. When a rear end part 12 of the plug main body is inserted into a cylindrical adapter 14 having a connection part 13 at one end, a space 18 is formed in a step part 17 formed on an outer peripheral face 15 of the plug main body, an inner peripheral face 16 of the adapter, at a rear end 12 of the plug main body, and inside the adapter 14. Packing 20 is mounted in the space 18 on the outer peripheral face of the plug main body 11 and the inner peripheral face 16 of the adapter, and the plug main body 11 and the adapter 14 are integrally provided in a non-contact condition through the packing 20 to constitute the plug for vibration proofing pipe joint. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
