<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily inspect a resin sheet 2 by integrating a lighting system 7 and a CCD line sensor 8 to be synchronized with the conveyed resin sheet 2. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with a conveyer 6 for inspection for conveying the resin sheet 2 from a carrying-in side to a carrying-out side, the CCD line sensor 8 for imaging the resin sheet 2 conveyed by the conveyer 6 from its surface side, the lighting system 7 for illuminating the resin sheet 2 conveyed by the conveyer 6 from its backface side or its surface side, a rotary encoder 11 for detecting a rotation operation of a discharge roller 1e of an inflation device 1 for carrying the resin sheet 2 in into the conveyer 6 and a conveyance controller 12 for controlling a conveying operation for the conveyer 6 while synchronized with the rotation operation detected by the rotary encoder 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
