CIRCUIT FOR ADJUSTING PULSE WIDTH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse width adjusting circuit in which whether the pulse width of a signal is not adjusted or either of the rising time and the falling time of the signal is adjusted can be selected.

SOLUTION: The pulse width adjusting circuit is provided with: a P type MOS transistor whose source is connected to a high potential side power source and whose gate is connected to an input terminal; an N type MOS transistor whose source is connected to a low potential side power source and whose gate is connected to the input terminal; a resistance component one terminal of which is connected to the drains of the P type MOS transistor and the N type MOS transistor through first and second switching elements respectively and the other terminal of which is connected to the drains of the P type MOS transistor and the N type MOS transistor through third and fourth switching elements respectively; and a capacity component connected between the other terminal of the resistor component and the low potential side power source.
