<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector capable of confirming and ensuring a locking with a flat conductor at a prescribed position. <P>SOLUTION: With the electric connector 1 in which, a flat conductor 40 having a plurality of connection parts in a direction of width at its tip side face is inserted from tip end side; holding the flat conductor by moving movable pieces 20, free in opening/closing movement, to a closing position, and by making contact parts 33A of a plurality of terminals 30 arranged at and held by a housing 10 in elastic contact with corresponding connection parts; a locking body 13, having a locking part 13A positioned at the opposite side of the contact part 33A against the flat conductor 40, locking into the locking stepped part 42 of the flat conductor 40 in releasing direction in cooperation with the contact parts 33A; is arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
