PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part capable of raising the Q value and setting the inductance accurately, and of preventing a conductive film from being peeled. SOLUTION: The electronic part is provided with a substrate 1, a spiral conductor 2 provided over the entire periphery of a side of the substrate 1, terminals 3, 4 provided across the opposite ends of the substrate 1, and connection conductors 5, 6 for connecting the spiral conductor 2 and the terminals 3, 4.
