PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a driving part of a welding machine which is compactly configured to have a short whole length of the driving part and makes action of a pressurizing shaft easy and is further produced at a lower production cost by allowing a ball nut to be screwed into a ball-screw in a hollow shaft for a bearing with use of a plate spring as a coupling. SOLUTION: The structure of the driving part of the welding machine is configured to connect a plate spring 3 for coupling with an output shaft 2 of an electric motor 1 and connect the plate spring 3 with the hollow shaft 6 for the bearing. A ball nut 12, a ball screw shaft 9, the plate spring and an output shaft are arranged on a coaxial line with the hollow shaft for the bearing and the ball screw shaft 9 is fixed to the hollow shaft of the bearing. The ball screw to allow the ball nut to be screwed up to the hollow shaft of the bearing is formed in the ball screw shaft 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
