PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition capable of giving an effect of wax to the hair, without being decreased in cosmetic characteristics, such as natural flexibility. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic composition is fed into an aerosol device, wherein the cosmetic composition contains (a) at least one anionic fixing polymer in an amount of 0.5-10 wt% based on the total weight of the aerosol composition, (b) at least one polyol having a molecular weight of less than 500 in a concentration of more than 15 wt% based on the total weight of the aerosol composition, (c) an aqueous alcohol containing water or an aqueous medium in an amount of at least 10 wt% based on the total weight of the aerosol composition, and (d) at least one propellant in a concentration of not less than 30 wt% based on the total weight of the aerosol composition.
