There is provided a robot control device capable of executing cooperation control and independent control continuously, dynamically, and simultaneously. An automatic machine control device includes cooperation control means (9) for controlling two or more automatic machines (16, 17, 18) while maintaining their relative positions and speed and independent control means (10) for controlling two or more automatic machines (16, 17, 18) independently from each other. Three or more automatic machines are simultaneously controlled according to an operation program (2) stored in advance. The device further includes cooperation control specification means (3) for specifying automatic machines to be operated by the cooperation control means (9) and simultaneous execution control means (6) for simultaneously executing the cooperation control means (9) and the independent control means (10).
