PURPOSE: A flat panel display is provided to reduce an entire size and enhance the assembly capacity by using a thin metal clip. CONSTITUTION: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)(500) includes a display unit for displaying an image, a mold frame(200) mounted to the display unit, a plurality of metal clips(300) for fixing to the mold frame(200) and supporting the display unit, and a top chassis(400) for fixing the mold frame(200) and covering the display unit. The mold frame(200) is comprised of a bottom surface(210) and the first to fourth side walls(220,230,240,250) extended from the bottom surface(210). An LCD panel(110) is mounted to an upper portion of the first to fourth side walls(220,230,240,250). The top chassis(400) is comprised of an upper surface(410) formed a transmittance window for opening a display region of the LCD panel(110) and the fifth to eighth side walls(420,430,440,450) extended from the upper surface(410). The top chassis(400) is combined with the mold frame(200).
