FIELD: transport structure, particularly structure of permanent way for railways. SUBSTANCE: device for rail fastening has resilient rail chair mounted on base and surrounding rail bottom from two sides. Resilient rail chair is multi-layered from each rail side and has hard outer side layer. Irregularities preferably formed as projections and depressions are made on hard outer side layer. Side faces of base cavity have irregularities mating with hard outer side layer irregularities.
