FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: special vodka "Rodnik black currant" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: sodium hydrocarbonate dissolved in purified water and filtered off, 0.1-0.5 kg; aromatic principle "Black currant" D 1407 of firm "Bush Boake Allen", England, 0.01-0.07 kg; lactic acid added to dissolved sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.2-0.8 l; 65.8%-th sugar syrup, 6.0-8.0 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Proposed invention provides preparing the special vodka of less cost and high stability in storage and to expand assortment of special vodkas, and enhancement of black currant aroma due to synergetic effect of sodium hydrocarbonate, lactic acid and sugar conferring to vodka barely detecting tint of nutmeg in after tasting.
