PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner having excellent oilless properties and a process cartridge using the toner. SOLUTION: The oilless toner (1) comprises a mixture of a cycloolefin resin, wax and ethyl cellulose. Another oilless toner (2) comprises a mixture of the cycloolefin resin, wax and a resin having a segment containing a double bond in its structure. (3) In a process cartridge which integrally supports a photoreceptor and at least one means selected from a electrifying means, a developing means and a cleaning means and which can be freely attached to/detached from an image forming apparatus body, the developing means holds the toner (developer) and the oilless toner described in (1) or (2) is used as the toner (developer).
