PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp device having a miniaturized down-transformer 61 for driving a fan motor 63. SOLUTION: The fluorescent lamp device with a negative ion generator is composed of the negative ion generator 10, a rectifying circuit 30 connected to a commercial power source 20, an inverter 40 for lighting receiving the output of the rectifying circuit 30, a fluorescent lamp circuit 50 connected between high frequency output terminals A/B of the inverter 40 for lighting, a down-transformer 61 connected between the high frequency output terminals A/B, and a fan motor 63 installed at the back side of the down-transformer 61. A negative ion generated at the negative ion generator 10 is blasted by the blasting force of the fan motor 63. The frequency of the high frequency output of the inverter 40 for lighting is 45 Khz. The size of the high frequency operation type down-transformer 61 receiving the high frequency output is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
