PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear coated stainless steel sheet which is excellent in fingerprint removing properties and exhibits an embossed appearance. SOLUTION: In the clear coated stainless steel sheet which has a plurality of clear coating films formed thereon and exhibits the embossed appearance, the clear coating film formed just under the uppermost clear coating film contains at least one compound selected from a silicone compound and a polyfluorocarbon chain-containing compound. The clear coating film containing the silicone compound or the polyfluorocarbon chain-containing compound is formed by spray coating or flexographic printing so as to have a pattern using coating properties.
