PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker capable of easily obtaining a proper acoustic characteristic by compensating an acoustic defect of a mount panel. SOLUTION: A dynamic vibration reducer 31 is fitted to a magnetic circuit 2 via an elastic member 31a, and a weight part 31b of the dynamic vibration reducer 31 is exposed to a sounding side of a speaker unit 10. The resonance frequency of the dynamic vibration reducer 31 is selected to be a frequency between 50Hz and 3000Hz at which a greatest vibration acceleration is caused in the vibration of a mount panel 20 resulting from propagation of a reaction of the vibration of the diaphragm 6 through the magnetic circuit 2 and the frame 1 in the state where a speaker unit 10 is mounted on the mount panel 20.
