PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk driving device capable of preventing the play between a lens holder and a sliding shaft in a simple mechanism when the lens holder is moved along the sliding shaft. SOLUTION: An optical pickup has the lens holder 41 and a lens holder support part 31. The lens holder is provided with a focusing coil 45, tracking coils 46 and 47, and a pair of nickel plate 43 and 44 arranged to hold the focusing coil between upper and lower sides. The lens holder support part 31 is provided with a pair of permanent magnets 33 and 34 positioned to sandwich the lens holder and to oppose the magnetic poles of similar polarities to each other when seen in a plan.
