PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shampoo composition for dyed hair having excellent discoloration preventing effects. SOLUTION: This shampoo composition for the dyed hair consists essentially of a sulfur-containing anionic surfactant and an amidosulfobetaine amphoteric surfactant represented by formula (1) (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>denotes a 10-18C alkyl group or a 10-18C alkenyl group; R<SP>2</SP>denotes a substituent selected from hydrogen atom, methyl group and ethyl group; and (s) denotes an integer of 2 or 3) without containing an anionic surfactant having only carboxy groups as hydrophilic groups.
