PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing case, which has a pocket for inserting a title paper therein and can be produced inexpensively. SOLUTION: The housing case 10 includes a bag-shaped portion 12 and a fastener portion 16. On the opening side of the bag-shaped portion 12, fastener sheets 18a, 18b for the fastener portion 16 are welded to the outer surfaces of bag-shaped sheets 14a, 14b, respectively. At this time, the sheets 18a, 18b are formed to be relatively large to form respective gaps 26 enclosed with welded parts 15a, 15c, 25a, 25b.
