PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control suspension even at a crossroads of a road such as the point of intersection by determining a suspension control value corresponding to the crossroads of the road and controlling suspension based on the determined suspension control value at the crossroads of the road. SOLUTION: This device has a sensor unit for outputting information relating to the cross roads of a road, a suspension unit capable of controlling the characteristics of suspension and a control unit which determines the control value of the suspension unit based on information relating to the crossroads and controls the suspension unit based on the determined control value.
