PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthesis graft for the knee joint. SOLUTION: This prosthesis graft includes a tibia basal plate with a flat upper surface, a tibia articular surface member with upper and lower surfaces, a backbone upward extended from the upper surface of the articular surface member, a reinforcing member with a base part with upper and lower surfaces, and a bolt. The lower surface of the articular surface member engages with the upper surface of the base plate. The backbone of the articular surface member includes a post hole which is opened toward the lower direction of the articular surface member. The base part of the reinforcing member has a post upward extended from the upper part thereof. The post is fit into the post hole of the articular surface member. The articular surface member has a through hole penetrating from the upper surface to the lower surface thereof. The base part of the reinforcing member includes a through hole penetrating from the upper surface to the lower surface thereof and the basal plate includes a hole in the upper face thereof. When the post of the reinforcing member is set in the post hole of the articular surface member and the articular surface member is set on the basal plate, the bolt can be set in holes of the three elements to energize the reinforcing member tightly against the tibia basal plate.
