The opposite side of an inner link (4) is formed with a pair of projecting pieces (42A, 42B). The projecting pieces (42A, 42B) are respectively formed with first and second support holes (42b, 42c) aligned with each other. The inner diameter of the second support hole (42c) is larger than that of the first support hole (42b). The longitudinal middle of an abutting shaft (72) is formed with a barrel (72a), whose opposite end surfaces (72b, 72d) are formed with first and second journals (72c, 72e) coaxial with the barrel (72a). The barrel (72a) has an outer diameter which is substantially equal to the inner diameter of the second support hole (42c) so as to be capable of extending through the second support hole (42c). The first journal (72c) is turnably fitted in the first support hole (42b). The second journal (72e) is smaller in diameter than the barrel (72a), and is turnably inserted in the second support hole (42c).
