PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence display panel and a fabricating method thereof are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by simplifying the fabrication method. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of polycrystalline silicon layers(153b,154b,155b) are formed on an insulating substrate(110). A gate-insulating layer(140) is formed on the polycrystalline silicon layers. A gate line is formed on the gate-insulating layer. An interlayer dielectric(801) is deposited on the gate line. A plurality of data lines(171a,171b,173b) are formed on the interlayer dielectric. A pixel electrode(190) is formed on the same layer as the data lines. An organic electro-luminescence layer(70) is formed on a predetermined region of the pixel electrode. A barrier rib(802) is formed on the data lines and the pixel electrode. A reference electrode(270) is formed on the organic electro-luminescence layer and the barrier rib.
