The image generation method has the actual state of the magnetic background field (Bo(t)) determined for calculation of a time window with a reduced variation in the background field, used for stimulation of the magnetic resonance via a HF pulse, with matching of the duration of the phase coding and the sampling point for the magnetic resonance signal to the actual state of the magnetic background field and frequency correction of the spin density projection. An Independent claim for an image generation device for high temperature superconductive magnetic resonance tomography is also included.
