The seat has an oscillation frame (2) supported by spring mountings (3a,3b) and provided with an adjustable seat mechanism (6a,6b,8a,8b,10) acted on by at least two actuators (4a,4b). The signals from at least two acceleration sensors (11) adjacent respective linkage axes for the seat frame are fed to an electronic control for conversion into required setting forces (Fasterisk1,Fasterisk2) supplied as control signals to setting elements (S1,S2) for the actuators, for compensating the dynamic forces.
