The wall plug fixing drive tool has a casing (1) with an integral handle (5) and a housing (6) for a gas cartridge. A removable plug supply magazine contains a tape of plug reception collars, a plug guide (3) a shearing cutter (4) for the tape and an anti-firing safety system. The shearing cutter and magazine engage by fitting a skirt (11), integral with the shearing cutter, having a plug supply passage (12) in a housing in the skirt.
