<p>A semi-rigid cable according to the invention is provided with a brass wire 1 having a silver-plating layer 2 formed by plating of silver having an electrically high conductive property, a dielectric layer 3 of fluoro-resin, a polymer-resin film 4 deposited with a well electrical conductive film (inside outer conductor) 5 by vapor deposition method, and a metal pipe 6 of a low thermal conductivity which is an outside outer conductor, respectively, coaxially arranged. This polymer-resin film 4 is inserted into the metal pipe 6 in such a manner than the well electrical conductive film 5 is directed toward the outer periphery, and the well electrical conductive film 5 and the metal pipe 6 are electrically in contact.
