The leaf protection cover (100) uses a mesh material strip section (10) extending between the outer edge of the roof guttering (2) and the bottom edge of one of the roof tile layers above the bottom roof tile layer (5), at least one respective fixing element used for securing each of its corresponding longitudinal edges (7.1,7.2) to the roof tile layer and the roof guttering outer edge. An independent claim for a building roof cladding is also included.
