The release device (1) is operated by a clamping head (2) axially adjustable with a pulling rod (3) and comprises a piston (4) accommodated in a piston chamber (7) with two supply ducts (5, 6) for the hydraulic fluid. A sealing ring (9) is positioned in front of the first supply duct (6) surrounding the mantle (10) of the piston (4) and forming a circular gap (11). A collar (12) protruding from the outer surface of the piston (4) and of a conical shape on the side pointing towards the seal (9) closes the gap (11) before the maximum stroke is reached. |
