<p>The safety seal (1) of the package is cut open by a cylindrical cutting tool (B), which is integrated in the screw top (A) of the package. The tool is activated during initial opening of the package. Inclined planes (3) on the cutting tool drive blades (4) on the tool into the safety seal, at right angles to the rotary axis of the screw top. After cutting, the tool can be fitted into the pouring spout (C) for re-sealing. There is a central holder (5) to guide the cutting tool, which also has a mandrel (6) with screw spindle (7) to penetrate the seal.</p> |
