<p>The starter is especially a pull-cord device for a two- or four-stroke internal combustion engine and has at least one especially thin-walled bush or sleeve introduced into an intermediate space between a cord pulley or drum and a coupling element or drive element, especially the axle of the drive element, so as to at least partly fill the intermediate space. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) an internal combustion engine with at least one inventive starter (b) and a working device, especially a hand tool, powered by an internal combustion engine with at least one inventive starter.</p> |
