The device has an arrangement (212,216) for outputting sensor signals, especially visual, acoustic, olfactory and/or haptic signals, an arrangement (202) for detecting a physiological state and an arrangement (200) for controlling the sensor signal output arrangement depending on a detected physiological state. The arrangement for detecting a physiological state detects the breathing, especially inhalation and/or exhalation, breathing frequency and/or rhythm. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a server computer (b) and a method of generating sensor signals for influencing a psychic state.
